The house was constructed in 1999 by one of the best craftsman in New England, Mr. Roy Hajek. His construction portfolio includes numerous residences throughout the Connecticut Riverfront and Shoreline areas.

- 400 amp service and two 100 amp sub panels.
- A standby generator automatically cycles on in a power outage. The generator is a Kohler 12 RES providing 12 KW of auxiliary power.
Propane Service
- A 500 gallon buried propane tank serves the Viking cook top, outside barbecue and fireplaces in both the family room and the living room. The pool and hot tub are gas heated and the standby generator is also fueled with gas.
